It all begins with the vision of recreating a pizzeria inspired by a typical 1800s Neapolitan popular cantina, with one main star: the wood-fired oven.
2014
In Córdoba city, the first oven of Pizzería Popular is lit, with the ambition to create something extraordinary.
There were already 3 ovens lit in the city of Córdoba.

The expansion to other cities began. The “P with the little smoke” started to be seen in different parts of Argentina.

We expanded the team with an Executive Chef.
We arrived in Europe: first location in Spain.
